Initial Interviews
We start every project with two FREE consultations (video calls) with potential clients and partners.
The first meeting is all about getting to know each other. We ask questions, listen carefully, and explore the background, subject matter, and challenges you're facing.
After this conversation, we do some homework - researching your competitive landscape, relevant technologies, and industry standards.
The second meeting is where we share our potential solutions and explain how we work. At this point, you can decide whether to move forward with us or not. No pressure! Sometimes we can even save you time and money by explaining why an idea might not work from a technical perspective.

Process & Team
Once we decide to work together, we dive into deeper research. We'll assign 1-2 dedicated, experienced R&D engineers to work full-time on your project during this phase.
Here's what we focus on during this stage:
- Choose the right technology stack
- Identify the toughest technical challenges
- Spot potential performance bottlenecks
- Define growth opportunities and priorities
- Create initial system designs and blueprints for moving forward (prototyping)
After we have answers to these fundamental questions, we'll adjust the team configuration only if the project genuinely needs it. The team may stay exactly as it started - just 1-2 experienced engineers - and we will never propose growth for the sake of growth. If more people are useful, we use our own smart recruiting approach, refined over years of experience, to make the process efficient and beneficial for everyone.
We don't charge extra for our HR activities - it's all part of our project development process. You get to choose what happens with the resulting team: we can manage them throughout the project, integrate them into your company as regular staff members if needed, or hand everything over to your internal resources. We can also follow your standard onboarding requirements, including signing regular NDAs and other internal documents.

Iterations - When there are many unknowns, it's crucial to gather data and knowledge as part of the process and make decisions step by step. We keep our process as flexible as possible, so you can make changes at any stage.

Everything in Code - All development artifacts are managed through Git: documentation, tasks, decision logs - everything is tracked and versioned.

Agreements & Payments
Start-Pause-Stop Model - R&D means we're genuinely exploring the unknown, which makes reliable planning challenging. We've adapted our process to handle this reality. You can switch between START, PAUSE, and STOP states during development. If we discover something that requires rethinking everything, we can pause until new decisions are made, then restart from where we left off. Or we can stop entirely if the project appears unviable, without any additional costs to you.
Monthly Cycles - Every month, we review and summarize our progress. This timeframe is perfect for staying on top of what's happening and naturally aligns with monthly payments.
Team-Based Pricing - Our work costs $5,000 USD per month for each team member dedicated to your project. It's straightforward to calculate, manage, and plan around.
Smart Contracts & NFT Agreements - We use blockchain technology to simplify and automate paperwork, which significantly reduces administrative overhead.
Stablecoin Payments - We accept stablecoin payments alongside traditional methods. You don't even need an accounting department to work with us.
