Selected outcomes
Loop automation tooling and infrastructure
Developed reusable MCP/WebMCP tools and infrastructure for applied automation, including context retrieval, planning, execution, evaluations, resource-aware orchestration, guardrails, observability, and verifiable results.
High-detail 3D scanning for museums
Developed technology and equipment for OBJET.art / ArtClub Digital Heritage. The system was used at the State Hermitage Museum, the Kunstkamera, other museums, and private collections. I also helped train and expand the 3D team.
Open-source and commercial hardware products
Created the open-source PhotoPizza project and the commercial ComplexScan and AUTOBOX product line. I built prototypes and early units, coordinated contractors and small-batch fabrication, and handled testing, protective packaging, export documents, and international delivery.
MEGAVISOR / Gate9 photo-360 workflows
Developed rapid automated photo-360 capture technology and equipment. I deployed workflows in warehouses and stores, coordinated 3D photographers and retouchers, prepared training materials, and contributed to player features.
