Core Team

We are a distributed R&D team working across software architecture, AI automation, product design, and hardware engineering. We research unfamiliar problems, build and test solutions, and help put them into operation.

Our experience includes enterprise applications, open-source developer tools, and hardware design. Engineering and commercial work happen together: we clarify the customer's needs, define the scope, and carry the work through development and delivery.

Alex Matiasevich

Alex combines software architecture and full-stack development with a background in UX/UI design. He translates product goals into technical decisions, designs reusable frameworks and interfaces, and integrates complex systems. His leadership covers team building, engineering practices, and AI-assisted development, while staying closely involved in design and implementation.

Vladimir Matiasevich

Vladimir specializes in process automation across AI, software, and physical equipment. His expertise spans full-stack development, agent orchestration, hardware prototyping, with particular attention to how these parts work together. He combines domain research and experimentation with field validation, coordinating specialists and fabrication to take systems from prototypes into operation.

Sam Potnin

Sam develops customer relationships and partnerships, with experience at Oracle and Comparex across enterprise software, infrastructure, and services. He works with engineering teams to understand customer needs, develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and coordinate the handoff into delivery. His background spans industrial and enterprise customers, including manufacturing, mining, and financial services.
